Biography
Soo started at Nature United in 2023 as the Deputy Director. She provides overall leadership and management of Nature United, with a focus on internal management, operations and systems. As a part of her role, she manages Finance, Operations and People, Culture & Diversity, provides oversight to Legal and IT and acts in the Executive Directors stead in their absence
Prior to joining the non-profit sector, Soo worked in leadership and operations. She proudly served in the Canadian Army for 14 years in progressively senior operations and leadership positions before leaving the Army to join Amazon Operations. In Amazon, Soo was the Country Lead for Community Operations and Worldwide lead for Community Operational Excellence.
