Quote

I am passionate about building relationships and meaningful partnerships. It’s amazing to work for an organization who shares these values — working at the speed of trust toward shared conservation objectives.

Biography

Lillith joined Nature United in 2025 as the Northern Program Director. Based in the Northwest Territories, Lillith leads Nature United’s conservation work across Northern Canada.

From historic sites to landscape-level planning, Lillith has worked with a variety of partners — communities, Indigenous and Crown governments, and industry across all regions of the Northwest Territories. She was a strategic leader of territory-wide conservation network planning, working to foster the momentum needed to increase Indigenous-leadership in conservation. More recently, Lillith’s work has focused on northern food system, working at both the territorial and federal level on policy development and program delivery in Yukon and Northwest Territories.

Lillith has a BSc in geography from the University of Saskatchewan. She began her career in forestry in northern Saskatchewan and had the opportunity to work with the United Nations Environment Program in Nairobi, Kenya before moving to the Northwest Territories.

Lillith was raised on a small farm in central Saskatchewan, Treaty 6 Territory. It was here that her passion for land stewardship was fostered by family and community through farming, harvesting and exploring. Lillith now calls Yellowknife home, where she is grateful for having a strong community to raise her three children in, close to the land and water.
