Biography
Hisham joined Nature United in 2021. He is responsible for administering, maintaining, and reporting on financial and accounting activities. That includes maintaining payroll records, updating general ledger information, performing financial analysis, assisting with the year end audits, and other projects.
Prior to joining Nature United he worked in finance for the Institute of Public Administration of Canada, which promotes excellence in public service. During that time, he learned how to achieve excellence in full-cycle accounting for non-profits. Prior to making the jump to non-for-profit organizations, he worked in the animation and telecom industries. Hisham has a Bachelor of Commerce and is currently enrolled as a student with CPA Ontario.
On the weekends, he enjoys being outdoors, usually biking or hiking with his wife.
