Biography
Amy joined Nature United in 2022 and is a member of the Leadership Team overseeing and leading Human Resources, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Justice, Indigenous Right Relations, and Employee Well-Being. Amy focuses on developing vision, leading DEIJ initatives and driving impactful change. She emphasizes supporting and developing employees and building inclusive and wellness focused cultures.
Amy holds an undergrad in Commerce from Carleton University and an MSc in International Employment Relations and Human Resources Management from the London School of Economics. Her varied background spans corporate, government and not-for-profit sectors and includes several certifications in project management, change management, Lean Six Sigma and DEI.
Amy resides in Ottawa and is passionate about creating a better future for the next generation.
