I like that Nature United is a leader in supporting Indigenous-led conservation. This role offers me a chance to dive deeply into policy and corporate practices.

Catherine joined Nature United in 2021. In her role, she advances government relations and corporate partnerships. She recently launched the strategic partnerships team, hiring staff and creating the playbook for how it can best contribute to conservation goals.

Catherine has dedicated her career to addressing climate change and protecting the environment through roles at The Nature Conservancy and ClimateWorks Foundation. Most recently, as the Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations with The Nature Conservancy in California, Catherine led a team that holistically built relationships with key California-based foundations and corporations to respond to and help shape the strategies and desired environmental impact of these organizations.

Originally from New York State’s Finger Lakes Region, Catherine earned a B.A. in Music from Roberts Wesleyan College. She now lives in the San Francisco Bay Area and spends her free time practising and performing music.
